Members meet at the National Museum, Nairobi, Kipande Road car park at 9:00 a.m. the third Sunday of every month. Members present decide where to go. Please bring lunch

Wednesdays: Come on Wednesday Morning Birdwalks in Nairobi

Each Wednesday morning birdwatchers meet at the National Museum, Nairobi and drive or walk to parks and other sites to observe, identify and learn about birds. Mrs Fleur Ng’weno’s dynamic leadership, ongoing for 38 years ago, makes these walks very special.

Visit different parts of Nairobi to look for birds with Nature Kenya’s Wednesday Morning Birdwalks

Place: Meet at the National Museum’s staff car park (off Kipande Road) every Wednesday at 8:45am.

Walks are free to members of Nature Kenya, Friends of Nairobi Arboretum and Kenya Museum Society.
Those who are not members of Nature Kenya can pay a temporary membership fee of KShs 100 (about US$ 1.50) per birdwalk.
